Traditional South-Tyrolean Farmhouse Cooking

And it's all served up at the Bacherhof!

We place great store in creating our products as naturally as possible. But don’t just take our word for it – allow us to treat you to our farm-fresh products.

Lavish farmhouse breakfast

Enjoy our healthy Vitality Breakfast or our sumptuous farmhouse breakfast!
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10 a.m. in our comfy dining room, or in the breakfast room. In summer, we also offer breakfast out on the terrace or in the garden upon request.
Aside from regional products such as butter, cheese, cereal, honey, yoghurt, eggs, sausage, a selection of breads, coffees, herbal teas, fruit juices and hot chocolate, we also offer products from right here on our own farm.
These include fresh milk, bacon and cooked ham, cheese spreads, jellies and fruit spreads, sinfully good cakes, farmhouse doughnuts and breakfast rolls, floral syrups, garden-fresh herbs for your tea, compotes, fruit, as well as freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices.

Traditional South Tyrolean "marende"

Products from our farm for a traditional South Tyrolean "marende" with genuine Bacherhof bacon, cured Kaminwurz sausage, grey cheese. Accompanied by the perfect drop of South-Tyrolean wine.

Dinner at the Bacherhof

Upon request, we will serve you freshly prepared South Tyrolean favorites made from regional products as well as ingredients from right here on our own farm.

In the summer months, we occasionally host a grill night. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery at sunset, along with the enticing smells of freshly grilled meat and vegetables straight from our own farm.

Our new, old farmhouse cellar

One new feature at our farm is the old, though recently renovated cellar! It lends itself for product tastings, parties, and for traditional Törggelen meals in autumn with chestnuts, dumplings, cabbage and doughnuts.

Good to know...

Breakfast and hearty afternoon snacks are offered year-round, as is dinner upon request.
Sundays are our quiet, family day – when we only serve breakfast!
